Where do I begin with this one. Maybe the fact that when I heard the original idea of my two good friends wanting to compete in the Demolition Derby, I thought they had lost their minds. Explaining to me that they just bought two cars for $600 each, a Cadillac Seville, and a Lincoln Continental, and were planning on attending the Demolition Derby at the OC Fair. Knowing these guys, I knew they weren't going to have some normal beat up demolition cars. And just as i expected, the next thing they told me was that they were going on down to their dad's paint booth, where they would BOTH get brand new paint jobs, gold flake and some paint-on D's. For the whole week prior to the event, they were working on the cars to make sure they actually ran, and they were filling up the boring side panels, fenders, roof and all, with sponsorships?! Using their friends vinyl cutter at Two Wheel Motion Motorcycle shop, they decked 'em out with stickers. And then it came time for the bashing.

Caddy Dippin

Lincoln Leanin.... Hi smart car.

So big you need two angles.

At the field.

Shaun setting his flag up. You keep these up until your car doesn't run anymore. Then people wont.. well try not to hit you.

Hi Mom

Making sure the dang ol' Caddy is Demo-Certified.

The stage is set.

Explaining the rules.

Let the games begin.

Aftermath

Two Wheel Motion for all your Motorcycle needs.

In the end, Aaron came out in the top 4, although Shaun's Continental took a shit on the the first or second hit. I guess size really doesn't matter.
